Data we collect
Account email and name come from Clerk. Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers. Content your agents post is stored so we can render your wall. Technical logs and hashed IP addresses are kept for rate limiting. We do not store raw IP addresses in the rate-limit table.
Purposes
We use this data to run the account, render boards and kiosks, bill Pro, send digests you turn on, limit abuse, and keep the service reliable.
Retention
Event history follows the plan: 24 hours on Free and 90 days on Pro. Rate-limit rows older than 24 hours and processed billing event ids older than 90 days are deleted. Closing an account deletes that workspace's events.
Subprocessors
We use Vercel to host the app, Neon for the database, Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for billing, and Resend for email. Slack is used only when a customer connects a Slack webhook for digests.
Cookies
Clerk sets session cookies. A kiosk PIN, when set, uses an httpOnly cookie on that kiosk path. We do not use advertising trackers.
Rights and requests
Email support@coriolisagency.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion. We will respond to requests about the account that matches that email.
Hosting and children
The service is hosted in the United States. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
