Monthly plans
Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. Cancel any time in the Customer Portal. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans
Annual plans: a full refund if requested within 14 days of the first annual charge [Paul to confirm]. After that window we do not prorate refunds.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded.
