TV setup
The kiosk is a URL. Open it full-screen on a device that can run a browser. The link is a secret: anyone who has it can see the wall. On Pro, set a PIN so a browser must enter it once.
Laptop or mini PC + Chrome
Open the kiosk URL in Chrome and press F11 for full-screen. For a dedicated box, start Chrome with a kiosk flag (for example --kiosk) so it boots straight into the wall.
Smart TV / Google TV browser
If the TV ships a browser (Google TV does), open the kiosk URL and use the TV's full-screen or kiosk mode. A cheap HDMI stick running Chrome also works.
Fire TV
Use Silk, or install a kiosk browser app, and open the kiosk URL. A Fire TV is a browser device if you give it one.
Plain Chromecast (not Google TV)
A plain Chromecast has no browser. It can only mirror a Chrome tab from a computer or phone. Cast that tab; do not expect to type a URL on the dongle itself.
Apple TV
Apple TV has no browser. Use AirPlay mirroring from a Mac or iPad that has the kiosk URL open full-screen.
Treat the kiosk URL like a password. Rotate it from settings if it leaks. Pro adds a PIN entered once per browser.
